Introducers
A finance partner for your property clients
When a client needs bridging or development finance, introduce them to a broker who will handle it carefully, keep you informed and protect your relationship.
01Who we work with
Professionals whose clients build and invest
Accountants
Clients restructuring portfolios into companies, or setting up SPVs for a new project, often need finance at the same time.
Solicitors
Property and corporate lawyers see deals where finance is late, has fallen through or needs replacing before a deadline.
Estate agents
Buyers of auction lots, unmortgageable property and development land need finance that moves at the pace of the sale.
Quantity surveyors
Developers working up appraisals and cost plans often need a view on how a scheme will be funded.
