• Up to two document or contract reviews per month

We do not provide:

• Legal representation

• Litigation services

• Drafting of legal pleadings

• Reserved legal activities

All responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute formal legal advice.

 

3. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years old

• A business owner or authorised representative of an SME operating in England or Wales

4. Subscription & Payment

• Subscription is billed monthly via Wix Payments or Stripe.

• You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard.

• No refunds are issued for partial months.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Koulen & Partners Ltd, including email responses, documents, and website materials, are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Koulen & Partners Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.
