What You’ll Do
You’ll be the person who keeps the entire firm moving efficiently, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks and the team always has what they need.
You will:
Organise schedules, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings
Support the founder directly by helping prioritise tasks and keeping workflows clear
Assist with onboarding for new clients, ensuring a premium first experience
Coordinate communication across the team so everyone stays aligned
Handle essential admin tasks that keep daily operations running smoothly
Follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners with professionalism and warmth
Keep documentation, checklists, and processes organised and up to date
Anticipate needs and solve small problems before they become big ones
This role is part executive assistant, part operations coordinator, part team organiser — and absolutely essential for our next phase of growth.
